 Shipping & Delivery

We aim to post out your orders as speedily as possible, however due to the handmade nature of many of our boutique items, we appreciate your patience whilst we fulfil your bespoke order. If you are purchasing an item with a specific delivery deadline in mind, please add a note at checkout so that we know your order is time sensitive and can prioritise to get it to you on time, wherever possible. Alternatively, we are always available to answer any questions before placing an order.

UK ORDERS

All of our orders are posted out First Class Delivery, and any order over the value of £20 is posted First Class Recorded Delivery so your item is trackable. We aim to dispatch regular orders within 1-2 working days, and bespoke pieces within 2-4 working days.

Please note - orders over £20 will require a signature on delivery. If you would prefer us to post without signature needed, please make a note at checkout and we can do so at your own risk.

We can also post orders Next Day Delivery, provided they are not bespoke items and we are carrying the stock already. If you require Express Delivery please select at checkout and if there is any issue with quick turnaround we will contact you immediately via email.

Orders made after 9am will be posted on the next working day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


We ship worldwide! Orders under £20 in value will be posted Royal Mail International Standard, and do not include tracking. Any order over the value of £20 will be posted with Royal Mail International Tracked so you can follow your parcel as it makes it way to you.

If your order is under £20 but you wish to add tracking to your parcel please make a note at checkout and we will contact you to arrange.

We aim to dispatch regular orders within 1-2 working days, and bespoke pieces within 2-4 working days. Please allow between 7-14 working days for your order to arrive, depending on the distance and the customs regulations of your country.

Please note - any customs charges your parcel may incur are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by us.

RETURNS

We hope that you will love your item but in the instance where you wish to return, please post items back to the following address within 7 days of delivery. We strongly advise you return your items via tracked delivery to avoid the risk of your parcel being lost in the post, as we will not be able to reimburse for return items that were lost in transit. All items must be returned in a sellable condition, ideally in the original packaging, to be inspected on receipt before issuing a refund. We aim to refund within 7 working days of receipt.

Please note we are only able to offer refunds for stock bought from our pre-made collections. Any custom orders or bespoke pieces are eligible for exchange, or a credit note to spend in our store. Please contact us to discuss if you would like more details.
