CRYSTAL PROPERTIES

Larimar is a serene crystal that can promote relaxation and calm. It is a popular choice for a “worry stone” due to its connection with the element of water – which is the element that rules our emotions – meaning that it is a wonderful stone to use for all manner of anxiety related to emotional issues. It is connected with the throat chakra, which is the chakra of communication & expression. and therefore this stone is perfectly placed as a necklace. Just be sure to tuck it under your shirt when you are in the sunlight whenever possible to help it preserve its bright blue colour. The most valuable Larimar stones are intense, bright shades of blue, and very rare and expensive, since it is only found in the Dominican Republic.
